torn between two looks - need advice
« on: October 05, 2010, 10:31:38 AM »
Iam keeping the shaved look for good, but this year i have a very busy schedule , i dont have a lot of free time, if i go a day without shaving my hairline on top is thinning, i want low mainentance , should i keep it bic'd or just buzz my head once a week, need advice,
i only use two razors for when shave my head to the bone, a straight razor - feather ii which takes 30 minutes or a headblade sport which takes me 7 minutes

FCB,

Purchase the new CLEANHEAD electric shaver by Conair. It's fairly new on the market, but it the first electric razor that caters to us SLY guys or those of us who are BBC!

I absolutely LOVE the one I bought!!

The finsished result is amazingly close to a BLADE SHAVE! Ideal for those sly guys who have a hetic schedule and cannot dedicate as much time to their shaving routine as they wish they could!!

Sears has them in stock and on the shelves (around $40 plus tax). There is a thread here on the forum dedicated to the CleanHead where other SBG members have listed retailers (both online and offline) where they have found it anywhere from $30-$40- (give or take)! Check it out!

Might just be the answer you're looking for!!

If you can Headblade your dome in 7 minutes, then that's what you should continue doing.   You can spare 7 minutes a day to keep yourself looking your best, can't you?   ;)

How I see it is you will have to take a shower after you give yourself a buzzcut, why not shave it all off in the shower? It may seem like a hassle, but eventually shaving could become a habit like brushing your teeth or going to get the mail :)

It's really your decision but I have to get up at 0430 and it only takes me 5 minutes a day to shave my pate... I would and do stay Sly!  O0
