Really, everyone probably has a different reason for shaving their head. One thing that is true for everyone though is you'll never know what it's like till you actually try it.
You don't have to be 'going bald", many here, including myself, are BBC! (Bald By Choice) If you do decide to try it you really do need to keep it shaved for a while to fully be able to accept the change and to let those around you get used to it... it really makes a huge difference.
