A cop pulls over a man for speeding . The driver begins arguing with the officer insisting that he was not exceeding the speed limit .
The policeman, in frustration, turns to the female passenger and asks her " ma`am, surely you noticed the excessive speed, he was driving more than 20 MPH over the posted limit ".
She turned to the patrolman and said " Officer, I`ve been married to this man for 35 years and i have learned not to argue with him when he`s been drinking !"
