Only bald guy at my job

I'm the only bald guy at my current job at Kohls (a clothing store if any of you are familiar with it) but anyways the story basically is one of the night crew guys always seems to be there when I'm closing (I close a lot since i go to school in the morning) and he always jokes around saying GO HOME because im always there when is, then one day he said that and I commented "i think its just coincidence because I really don't work that much, I just close more often than most"

His reply was "yeah and I think I notice you more is because I can see you from a mile away from that shine!" and one girl standing there listening said "awww" like it was mean, I didn't take it as mean at all, I was actually happy because I deliberately put on bald guyz gel to make it shine like that.

I just thought it was funny how that girl perceived it to be a mean comment and I took it more as a compliment. Also being the only bald guy at my work is pretty cool because I will stick out more in everyone's minds and be easier to remember

I think it's great you're the lone sly guy at work.
I believe I'm the lone sly guy where I work, but I'm not sure, since I work at home 90% of the time.

There are a bunch of sly guys at my company (of about 70). I can think of three others off the top of my head (pun intended).

When I worked at my last job, a few guys were sly. They weren't too numerous, but they could be found in the office somewhere. Eventually I was permanatly laid off, along with about 40 others. At one time I worked a second job at a plus women's clothing store (I needed the extra money and the store manager hired me the next day after putting my application in, plus it was five minutes away from my primary job). and was the only guy that worked there, so therefore, I was the only sly guy there.

yeah theres a few guys at my work that are in the "need to be" boat, but I suppose that is a matter of opinion. Hopefully they'll see the attractive young confident sly guy at our place of work and follow in his foot steps

It's just me and one "part time" sly guy where I work.  I shave every day, he shaves every week or two.  But I'm working on him!

I got CARDED for an 18 pack of beer today from a 22 year old......she almost sharted---(shi* when one thinks they are farting)--when I showed the ID that I am almost 50------SLY is the way to be.....I am one of 2 in my dept of 80 that is SLY!

Did you bother to explain to the young lady that you took your co-worker's comment as a BIG COMPLIMENT, instead of an "attack" on your character?

Maybe she needed to be enlightened - in a nice way, of course...

nah, but people were talking about dying their hair and I just casually said "hair is overrated" while walking by they thought that was funny.

many people at my job have a hard time believing I used to have hair down to my neck too

Yes it was  and worked that job for almost a year.  My boss( who was female) said it looked professional.
