Turned 49 today. Goal: 200 pounds by the day I turn 50. Current weight 250-something. Weigh ins will only be at the doctor's office ever 6 weeks. Was a mesomorph in my youth, have turned into an endomorph as I've aged. Thyroid is shot.
Half an hour of Tae Bo Basic. Doing everything at demonstration speed to start with. Gotta get those muscles conditioned before I stress them. 15 minutes of Chi Gung.
