Made my day...
« on: July 18, 2010, 06:01:34 PM »
So i mentioned in another post recently how i had hooked up with a French girl back in March while travelling in Athens.
Well she has talked of meeting up again since but then my hair situation really stepped up a few gears and i didn't have the confidence to arrange a meet, Things started to go stale and i figured i had blown it.
Last night i found myself online (after a few beers with a friend) and i decided to just tell her all about my situation and how it was affecting me. I basically explained how i would really like to meet up again but had been avoiding commiting to anything for fear of the changes in my appearence.
Her reply, to sum it up basically read;

'So you shave it off. That's not a problem... I would like to see that.
And I would be so happy to see you again'

What was i so worried about..? Couldn't be much happier  ;)

Treat people with respect, or just ignore them!

Great to hear man!   Go for it!  This is another example of how worrying what someone will think is always a bigger deal in our head than in reality. Hope you get to see her soon.

Exactly!
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

well done, man !

You have no excuse now not to be bald-by-choice. Go for it. She will love your look, not to mention the confidence boost you will experience. :)
