A lot of bad information is out there about Gulf Coast fish--what's being shipped from the area is more than fit to eat, and additionally, it helps the industry get going again.  But, if you're eating "imported" fish and think it's not polluted, make sure you know the source.  There are many bad sources of "cheap" seafood, take a look at the following link, but I caution you--much of what you see will upset your stomach, and I'm not trying to be funny.

Yes, it's very annoying to see where some seafood comes from, like China.  Sorry, but judging by their air quality and overall pollution (which never is talked about), I'll pass on seafood from there or any other country ruled by dictators, etc.
How is that Hopey / Changey thing working for you?
