Insanity
« on: July 01, 2010, 05:22:35 PM »
I just started the Insanity program this week and I was wondering if anyone else has heard of it or is doing it? I finished the P90x dvds and had really good results, but I wanted to give something knew to try. I've been doing it for about three days now and it's a really hard workout.

If you just finished the P90X, you did good, I am on my 2nd day of P90, I decided to start here first. I've read the insanity is just about as hard as the P90X. Good luck, and keep us posted.

The first before and after photo the guy looked alot taller? Which is wierd because he was at the age where growing would have stopped.
The reason people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the Past better than it was,
the Present worse than it is & the future less resolved than it will be.

I do like a good workout, but I hadn't heard of this before. It does look really challenging.

Tell me, does it really work? I mean, I’m a regular gym-going kinda guy, do my weekly runs and swims for years now but I can’t say I have an athlete’s body.  Sure, I'm fitter then the couch-potato’s but not nearly as muscular as this program promises.

And then …I seen that Amazon sells this for $ 144 ?  Pfew….

I finished this program a week ago and let me tell you guys something... it bloody works. Mind you, during the second month there were times where I wanted to kill Shaun T due to the horrible pain he was making me go through...
