Funny that I explained my name to MB this morning, but may as well include all.

My favorite motorcycle is a BMW (which stands for Break My Wallet).

In September 1980, they release the first big trail bike is on the market. It is the G/S, where G is for Gelände ("offroad" in German motorcycle vocabulary) and S for Strasse ("street" in German).

Needless to say, unique bike.

Anyway, I've owned an 84 and 85 and on September 11 2001 (yep - the dreaded date) picked up my latest GS (a '95) that has ABS, it was catagorized as a BMW G/S A - thus the name.

Those are sweet bikes!  My dad used to have an BMW RS 1100 which he as since sold and now has a VStrom.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

There is a BWM bike dealer about 5 minutes away from the house.  I have been strong and not went in it yet.  It is amazing on how quickly a kid can change the way you treat yourself.

I hear that.  Just explain to the kid that you were weak, and his colledge fund goes 115mph....

I like the RS's, almost got one.  However age got the better of me and I got the 1150rt instead.
Although the voices are telling me that I need to buy another vehicle..... A k12rs?????

The VStrom's are nice bikes.  I looked into them a while ago, just don't know if I would go 650 or 1000...
