Air popped popcorn with a spritz of olive oil and then sprinkle brewers yeast on it.  (Can you tell that I live in California?)

It tastes like cheesy popcorn - yummy and very healthy.

Boy, that was bad timing clicking on this thread. Here I am eating Hershey's Kisses! :-[

As for the healthy stuff, I like almonds a lot, and have a lot of blueberry's in my smoothies and cereal.
