Well, that was horrifying to watch.
I'd have to go to the ER if I attempted this.

He obviously isn't married. My wife would never tolerate the mess that would make slinging shaving cream everywhere.

The is not surprising to me, I do the same every morning. But I use a mirror to shave the back. Your scalp get hard and used to the blad after so many years of shaving. I have had high & tight, flatop, recon, horseshoe all my live since I could remember and have been shaving the sides all my live. I guess that's why my scalp is so used to the shaving that I rarely cut myself. With the exception of the top portion of my head. I've only been completely bald for about 9 month and it took the top portion of my head sometime to get used to the shaving. I still get cuts once in a while, but rarely.

This seems to be accelerated. Like those silent movies, filmed at 16 fps and now played back at 25 fps.
But how about his technique of shaving? Is this the best way to go with a regular razor?
I'm using the HeadBlade, completely different technique therefore.

I actually enjoy the shaving process, so I am in no hurry to rush through it.

He must end up with some serious irritation or ingrowns, with all those multiple passes.
I agree with bnt, and enjoy my shave as well, no need to rush.

That's what I was thinking--it's a nice part of the day, why screw around with it or rush it. Just doesn't make sense to this guy.

like bnt, xnewyawka, & saintc: why "rush" the process of a head shave? like them, i thoroughly enjoy the relaxing process of a gr8 head shave.
