HeadFade?
« on: May 07, 2010, 05:51:04 PM »
I recently purchased a headfade - was so excited to use it! I took it out of the box, plugged it into the charger and let it charge for 5 hours. Apparently 5 hours of charging = 1 minute of the buzzer working? I tried to turn it back on but it sputtered out, obv. low on power. It died before I could finish the back of my head, or trim the front - so I look like a retard right now. IS my product defective or am i charging it wrong? If I am not charging it wrong, how long does it need to be charged... an entire day? :/

Half shaved and angry,

Sounds defective--I've never had a problem with mine--although I haven't used it in a while....

The electrics i`ve had needed about 12 hours of charge time when fresh outta the box . .
So overnight first charge is the way too go ..........

Yep, 12 hours is the way to go. Just bought a wet/dry electric and that's what was plastered all over it.

I don't know what the Headfade is, but does it use a cord to charge? If you keep it plugged in while you're cutting it should still work that way.
