I agree with RyanJP. And Im going to have to take my cardio up a notch.
Putting the fork down when deemed appropriate and never eat to satiety...and no sugar or fast food.
... but I ate all my lunch anyway . Not a good start, I know.
I think "my generation" was ingrained with "eat everything on your plate" and "people in China are starving", so we grew up with a habit of over-eating.
