Lush, Thick, Dark, Wavy
« on: April 22, 2010, 04:43:17 PM »
In another post a forum member said that if there was a pill to restore his hair, he'd skip it.  Gave reasons, mostly of the PITA of maintenance vs. the ease of SLY.

Well, is that the general opinion here?

If there were, tomorrow, a simple, safe, cheap, permanent treatment that would return your hair to better than it ever was when you had hair, and this would stay such for the rest of your life...would you succumb and "take the pill?"

In my case, I probably would.  Of course, since no such thing exists, I make the best of things by living in SLY-land.  And being "merciless."

Nope! I love the way I look and feel.

No hair sticking to my head, no combs, no shampoo, no hair dryers,.... just a towel and a little dab of sunscreen.

I'm pretty satisfied with my slyness.  I would not take the pill.  But my sly best friend, while he likes his slyness and rocks the look, WOULD take the pill.  He misses his hair.

I think I'd lose my edge with hair.  I really wouldn't want to go back.

No, bc w/ my luck I'd get the same fine, difficult hair I had--and I never was able to make it look or make me appear the way I wanted to.  Now there are no more problems wanting something that just wasn't going to happen.

I wish I would  have slicked mine back when I was in High School, when I had a full head of hair.  I always hated when my hair would touch my ears or get in my eyes.  I think I was built to be Sly all along! O:O

Nope. I want the pill that'll make me sly without shaving.

Yeah, what he said.  Although I kind of enjoy my brush and warm lather.  As long as it would stay BBS all the time count me in. O0

I would go into thousands of pounds worth of debt for a pill that did that, but the sly look beats the look of extensive hair loss.
