Reasons to be cheerful

Decided to take a day off today. The sun is shining, it is warmish, so I thought I would take a 5 minute drive to a place called Digley reservoir,

, the weather was beautiful and the scenery is about as typical 'Yorkshire' as you can get, dry stone walls, sheep and rolling fields.
What has made you smile today?

Nothing has made me smile today. Been trying to sleep cos I am night shift tonight and all the little darlings that are on holiday from school are makin loadsa noise outside. Then the neighbours yapping dogs started. Not a good day

English countryside is a beautiful place. You're lucky to have such wonderful surroundings. Not to say it's not nice here, but your post brought back great memories.

Lifeinthesouth is good today. Leaving work after I finish this post, hooking the camper to the truck and me and family going to spend the weekend camping. Nothing to do but sit around and fish with my son in the nice sun shine. Suppose to be 80ish and sunny all weekend. LIFE IS GOOOOOD

Being able to solve and think about a difficult math problem made me smile today.
