thinking of going bald again! Can't decide

Hey I've not been on here in a while but have been lurking around for the past few weeks. About 2 years ago, I buzzed the head down to a 00 but I've never taken out the razor and shaved it smooth.

Unlike some people, I'm not balding and my hair's really thick but I just really dig the smooth sly look. Over the past week or two, I've had the urge to take the razor to the dome but I'm not sure if I'd be able to pull it off.

What do you think? Should I shave it off?

First, welcome to the site. Glad you decided to join us. O0

You're so close to skin with a 00 you might as well give it a try. Worst case you don't like it and in a few days you are back to your usual 00 cut. That being said, give the look 30 days. This allows time for you and people you know to adjust to the change. I doubt that you will want to go back after the 30 days, so consider yourself warned.  :)

Well, if you do it, keep it thirty days and don't like it, you can grow it back.  But you will have experienced it, and you've obviously got the itch--scratch brother, scratch it.

Hey Guys!

Thanks for all your encouragement, I've decided to go for it. I've booked an appointment at my local barbers tomorrow to get it all shaved off. I really can't wait now!

When I said I had a 00 buzz, that was about 2 years ago - from then, I've had a full head of hair - about 3 inches on top and shorter at the sides. So it should be interesting to go into the barbers chair with a full head of hair and get the dome shaved bald.

Hopefully I'll be able to post some before and after pics tomorrow. Oh, and I'll pass round the Scotch to celebrate my new found slydom!
