Dodgers may only win around 85-theyre not that good.

Go A's! 83 games could win the AL West....sounds about right.

If you're a betting man, take the under in total runs scored in every game the A's play. Their pitching is one of the best in the AL, they've built a team on defense, and their hitting lacks a big stick.

Looks like the Indians are back to their old ways again. They cut payroll last year, and they are expected to be last (with the Royals) in their division again. I see they lost their opener tonight 6-0 against the White Sox. Doesn't matter. I have always supported the Indians through their worst seasons.

Since we have moved into the Youngstown-Warren area, the local papers support the Pirates as much as the Indians. Can't figure that out; they are worse then the tribe! This will be the Bucs 17th consecutive losing season.

I think they (Pittsburgh Pirates) accomplished the 17 in a row mark in 2009.
I do agree, this 2010 season too, will be a loser for them, making it 18 in a row.
But who's counting?

I have two favorite teams, the Dodgers and whoever is playing the Yankees. Albuquerque is the AAA affiliate for the Dodgers, grew up watching the Albuquerque Dukes, now my kids get to watch the Isotopes.

Red Sox fan here since 1968. My optimism this year is not real high.

I'm with ya on that one! But, just the same, GO SOX!

Sports Illustrated says it's gonna be the PHILLIES. Yeah baby.
Uh oh Tom, would have thought Atlanta would be on top of the National League East with the Amazin Mets closing in fast and furious.  :o

Too bad the Phillies are currently experiencing what the Mets experienced last season, a long list of injured players. This just proves that bad luck can happen to the best of teams. Let's see if the Phillies can shake this dry spell off and return strong and healthy for the second half of the season, when it really counts.

Boston is holding it's own this season.

It's those damn Yankees. The Mets should take at least 2 of 3 this weekend. That should help.
