Sly guy named Australian Men's Health Magazine 2010 Man Of The Year

From hundreds of entries across Australia, the judges settled on 12 candidates which were narrowed down to 6 finalists. 

After much deliberation, the judges decided that down-to-earth 37y.o. father-of-two
Kym Koster was the winner.

Kudos to Mr. Koster.  Just goes to show you that you can keep in shape and look great as you get a few years on you.  'Course being 58 myself, 37 seems like a young lad.

used to be that having a totally bald head made someone think a guy was on Chemo, sick or something...

A body like that is a ton of work.  And his diet is probably brutal and doesn't include liquid six packs. 
But it's great that a sly guy is man of the year down under!

It was a lot of hard work and dedication to get my body into that great shape. I didn't think I had much of a chance in the contest with the rest of those guys. But when those lady judges started running their hands along my sly bald head, I knew I had it won!
