Well considering (1) the current political fashion that issues regarding the sexual behavior of our politicians, as opposed to innate political ability and mental agility, are the most important consideration even during serious foreign military involvement & international economic chaos, and (2) the street vernacular of "package" meaning, let's see--the English term "codpiece" comes to mind.  I find it a huge laugh about "stones & equipment" "envy" or power!  Then on another level, well, let's just stay on the first level for now.  But really funny!
