Hey guys, have any of you had this problem with your ps3's? I have a 60gb, the one that has all the bells and whistles, but it's useless now. I don't want to send it to sony and pay $150 for a replacement console, especially because most people have more problems with the replacements as well. I've taken it apart, cleaned all the dust out, cleaned the processors and heatsinks, then put on new thermal paste and put it together. Still have the stupid flashing red light. Swapped the hd, same problem. I'm thinking it may be a psu problem, but wouldn't that prevent anything from happening?
