If any of you guys have tried the
RotoShaver let me know your verdict on this expensive gizmo?
I haven't seen any posts about it, but someone may have tried it.
I'll stay with the Headblade.
Interesting design, but I don't think it can beat my Panasonic Linear.

I'm not much into electric razors, had a couple, never really enjoyed it. I'll stick w/ my M5, Headslick, brush, etc. shave--it's my zen time. The cost, far out of what I'm willing to pay--unless it can be proven to keep the velcro away for more than 24 hours--the blade standard--IMO.
I saw a video review on Amazon about the Rotoshaver, and I must say it intrigued me. There are two models the Pro Rotoshaver and the as seen on tv crappy version. I am checking out the Pro Rotoshaver. If I buy it I intend to use it on my face, I will post my situation on the face shaving post category. But back to the Rotoshaver, the claim made by Emjoi is that first of all its the number one in its category, in my estimation that is a dubious claim. Its an interesting design its 9 blades rotating like a loop conveyor belt. There is a safety cage so you do not nick your skin but I heard it happens anyway, there is no foil on this shaver. Some describe it as a hybrid between an electric and manual. You must use it wet with some sort of shave cream or gel, I am not sure about shaving oil. The manufacturer states that you can not use Silica based creams or gels. Next week I am going to order it and give it a whirl. I am the type of guy that enjoys gadgets. Guys check back soon for my review next week. As corny as this sounds all of you guys have been amazing at getting me to have confidence in myself, there is no doubt that getting rid of my insecurities and having full confidence will yield me a wonderful life to come that I did not even start to live yet. thanks a mill fellow Sly Guys.
Proud Sly Guy,
Fred
Their website states it's only meant for the face. Not for women and no mention of the dome?
Interesting though.
No foil? I wouldn't want it anywhere on my person!
More BS guys.

I'll stick with my trusty HB, thanks.
