I just like going to the movies...some movies you just have to see on the big screen!!!
If I like them, I buy them...and insist on Widescreen...
I can't stand pan and scan...
For renting, I did Netflix for a bit, but like you...go through times I don't watch much. I've become fond of the Red Box at the grocery store for $1 a day. -

If its a movie I really want to see, I usually see it with a large group of friends at a movie theatre, and if its REALLY good i'll buy it when it comes out on dvd. If its a movie that I am kind of interested in seeing, I'll watch a free low quality stream or something.
