Who's got one and how much do you like or dislike it and as well as AT&T, I'm right now hooked on this game called "Flight Control" and I've been playing it pretty much on and off for the last 8 months, it is so simple but addicting.

On my second iPhone. Bought one when they first came out. Replaced it with the 3CS about six month ago after I finally broke the original one. So .... I guess you could say I'm a big fan. Got over 100 apps on the thing, including Flight Control that I totally suck at  :XX

AT&T is OK here in L.A.. but I'm genetically opposed to any monopoly, so I can't wait for the iPhone to be available from other carriers.

It's okay as a "social" device, but bc the batteries and server setup don't work together for e-mail--I'm sticking to Blackberry.  BB is the business machine until iPhone works out the battery and e-mail server issue.  Too many iPhone users get of the plane and start looking for an electrical outlet.  Blackberry people can get a drink, or whatever, and stay in touch.  It's a no brainer right now, BB rules the business world.

I have the 3g Iphone (not the 3gs).  All in all it's a pretty cool device.  It's the first phone that I've got to connect to our secured wifi connection at work out of the box.  Battery life, as Saintc pointed out, is not the best.  I've had worse, however.

One thing I am struggling with, but getting used to, is that lack of keyboard.  I can hammer out messages fairly quick with the on screen keyboard... If it is in landscape mode.  If I have to type in portrait mode, I always tend to hit the next character over.

I don't have ATT, I have Tmobile.  I got a pretty good deal on the phone from Craigslist, so I bought it and then unlocked for Tmob.  No 3g though.  Just Edge and WIFI.

If my phone broke TODAY, I would probably get an Android phone instead as a replacement.  Then I could actually use the 3g service!

Not in my experience. Maybe it's because I work among mostly geeks, but iPhones vastly outnumber blackberries in my world.

Our tech guys all carry at least two phones, most have a  iPhone as their backup.  I have to carry two because I've found ATT, that services our company's BB's, has the worst coverage ever, and it's worse than my experience w/ Sprint.  I carry my personal Verizon phone--rarely if ever do I miss or get a dropped call.  I switched to them because even immediately after Katrina in New Orleans, their coverage was flawless, really great.  Everyone else was horrible, and they gave the storm as an excuse.   There is no way that you get great reliable connection service w/ ATT in many parts of the country. ATT is the second reason beyond the battery, e-mail server issues that I personally think with ATT service they're overpriced and overtricked out.   I wish they'd switch the company to Verizon, one less thing to carry through security checks.

Love my iPhone 3G. AT&T's service in my area (a canyon on the edge of Napa Valley) is less than desired. However, I get great coverage everywhere else except, of course, my home. :Xo!

I'm with Saint on this one.  As someone that has 5 email addresses and a vast contact list, gets tons of MMS and SMS messages, and likes to carry his phone in his pocket, I'm sticking with the BlackBerry.  Though, I will probably get an Andriod phone once they are released on the AT&T network.

The reason for the Android phone is, that while AT&T has a better app store and more apps at the moment, I like the thought of the open source OS on the Android.

My plan is up come April. Tyler, can you give me some guidance with regard to the ANDROID phone with an AT&T plan? I am a proponent of "open source" technology and run Linux on my laptop in a dual boot configuration (have to have Windoze for iTunes  :Xo!) so, any info you give an SBG will be helpful. O0

I like Firemint's racing game for iPhone.  But for safety reasons, I can't play it before driving my real car.   :popo

I'm not sure it will be out before April, but if it is, I'll let you know.

I have the iPhone (3GS) and I love it. I have no issues with ATT where I live, but I guess I got lucky. This is my second iPhone (had the 2G way back when) and I can't imagine using anything else.

I'm with Verizon, so the iPhone isn't an option at this point (although I'm hearing rumors about iPhones being available through Verizon at some point).   AT&T's coverage in my area is terrible, so switching isn't an option.  My plan is to get a Motorola Droid in a few months ....

But, I am planning to buy an iPad in March when the WiFi version is available ...

I've had a Crackberry since July and am entirely happy with it.  Anyone know of a Crackberry's Anonymous group?
