What could be wrong in my shaving routine?

Here is what I do:

Put some hot water on my "head"....
Put some shaving cream (but I do not put a lot, I can still see my "hair" a little bit.....because I am beginner and I need to see what I shave actually...
I pass many times on the same spots to be sure that it is well shave....
AFter....I take a shower (NO SHAMPOO)
Finally I put some shaving gel on my head

I guess that my main concern is about the SHAMPOO....Should I put some before I shave...after I shave...what about the 2-3 days before I reshave??? Should I use shampoo???
What about shampoo in general for bald men!?

Not too sure where you're going with this, is there a problem you run into when you shave or do you just want to know if you're doing it "right" or not?

From the sounds of it you're doing just fine, but I wouldn't worry about the shampoo so much unless it makes your melon nice and slick for shaving. Shampoo is basically just detergent & whatever else they throw in there, so its not that big a deal

Hair is hair... no problem with shampoo if you want to use it.  When I'm shaving regularly it's every day or every other day so I just use body wash all over including the ol' pate.  No need for shampoo.

You might like Headblade Headslick for shaving better than regular shaving cream, I sure do!

I may be misunderstanding what the sequence is, but it sounds like you're showering after shaving.  Try showering first, and giving some soap/shampoo attention to the scalp.  Then shave.  Getting the hairs soaked so they absorb some water and "plump" up as well as soften, might help the shave.

It doesn't sound like there's anything wrong with your routine. You don't need to use a separate shampoo for your head. Whatever you use to wash you face will work just as well on the scalp.
You will probably get better results if you save the shaving for after you shower, so the hair has had a chance to soften up, as saint has recommended.
Keep at it, it takes a little time to become used to it.

I think a lot of the boys shave in the shower, as do I. I find that if I have been disloyal and have a couple of days growth that it helps to use a conditioning shampoo on my skull. After getting a good lather I let it sit for a few minutes until I'm ready to start scraping. I rinse off the shampoo and apply my shaving cream (Head Slick) and start scraping.

Don't get the feeling that you're doing anything wrong. In fact, you're doing everything right. What you're doing is called experimentation, which is a fancy word for learning. As long as you are learning it's right.

One of the nice things about this site for me is the perpetual state of "beginner's mind" that I derive from reading up on what other men are doing. I find myself trying new things all the time. Some become a regular part of my routine and some get left by the wayside.

Hi

I wet the dome with warm/hot water and throw some gel on it

Then the fun begins with slow strokes against the grain
Then a spot-check with several additional strokes

I don't use shampoo but do exfoliate with soap/sponge in the shower

Then the Nivea Cool Balm moisturizer and it's SLY TIME

The hair doesn't grow "faster" according to the sources I have seen.  It does appear to "grow" faster because like your beard, stubble is apparent in 24 hours, the hair shafts have grown just enough to eliminate that nice smooth dome.
