interesting price comparisons

Howdy, guys.  I was at Rite Aid today, and decided to do some price comparisons.  I wanted to see how Schick Extreme 3 blades compared in price to the Mach 3 replacement blades.  You would think that replacement blades, which are actually better for the environment, would cost less than the same number of disposable blades.  Well, I was in for a shock!  An 8 pack of Schick Extreme 3 disposable razors were $12 and change.  The same number of replacement blades for the Mach 3, were $21 and change.  Talk about a huge price difference!  Well, I'm all for doing what we can for the environment, but I couldn't justify paying that much more money for replacement blades.  I got the 8 pack of Schick Extreme 3 disposables.

That is a surprise!  It definitely pays to check prices.

I was shocked when I did the price comparison!  If the difference was only a matter of a few bucks, then I probably would go with the replaceable blades.  But with that much of a price spread, I honestly couldn't go any other way but disposable.
