Its going well, Saintc, thanks for asking! It was a little sore to the touch, but that seems to have subsided. Its now been three days since I shaved, the most I've ever skipped was one day since I started shaving three years ago! So yeah, the growth is kinda bothersome!
On a side note, today I had two people, one of whom started laughing upon seeing the bandage, ask me what I did to my head. When I told them I had a cyst removed, they quickly became apologetic. Apparently they assumed I bumped it or something
