Need to see it.  Only saw 2 movies this summer, "Evan Almighty" and the new "Harry Potter"

I saw it twice in the theater and I got a $25 gift card for Hollywood Video from my boss (for my birthday). I think I'll drop in and see about picking it up.

This movie rocked. Made me realize I got to workout more though!

The dvd is supposed to show the training those guys did to bulk up. Anyone see it?

I have the DVD, but didn't look for that feature.  Unfortunately I've stored it in a box for now while my living room gets remodeled.  I did see a news report on their workout.  I remember suspended situps - situps where they were suspended in the air.

The life of the Spartans, from childhood on up, was not to be believed. Talk about a warrior culture. The movie was great and to think it portrays an actual battle. Phew.
