I have got to get my ass to civilization and see this movie.
I loved the comic book it's based on. Frank Miller is a great writer and he was really involved in the making of Sin City when they filmed it. Sin City was probably the most loyal adaptation of a comic book ever, and 300 might well be the same.
The Spartan army at Thermopolae is a pretty amazing story all by itself. Let alone the artistry and visual effects that this movie promises.
Either way, everything I've read says it's a great movie... must ...see.... -

It's sweeeeeetttt!!! I loved it. Will have to buy a Blu-ray DVD player so I can watch the movie in HD at home....LOL
