Just hit the 30 day mark

I have now been Sly for 30 days now. In June I decided to take the clippers to my head. I have hair like my grandfather and my hairline was heading north. So I decided to take control of the situation because I didn't want to be like my grandfather and do the comb over thing. A month ago I decided to start using a razor. It has taken some getting use to, but I have no plans of going back. At first my wife wasn't real sure about it, but she now loves it. I shave just about every day. I can't stand having the stubble. I love the smooth feeling. This is now apart of my life and I love it.

Cool man, looks good!

You're also at the point where the skin should start feeling fine immediately after a shave.  In those first few weeks the scalp can feel a bit raw and tender after a shave.

Congratulations man it looks good and being sly is a good look.  I recently hit my 6 month mark and i dont intend on growing it back anytime soon.  I'm not mpb, but i sure like how it looks and feels.  being bald is the best look for some men and I think your one of them as well as the rest of us here on slybaldguys.

 O0 O0 O0 Ahoy, Chris: Congrats! I went clean 3 and 1/2 years ago and have never considered going back. When a head injury prevented me from shaving in 2007, I was disconsolate and knew that I'd be sly for the rest of my life. BTW, we attended Il Barbieri di Siviglia at the Metropolitan Opera House in NYC last night and noted that there were so many shaven heads that we could not keep count. Occasionally the times change in a good way. Best, Professor Melon

Congrats Chris!  I love the shine off the head.  I am celebrating 5 years sly this month -- sometime next week I think.  It's been so long I have forgotten what day it was.  Hair freedom is a good thing!   O0
