The HeadBlade comes with 2 adapters.  The yellow one is for the HB blades, which are copied from the Gilette Atra.  The black one is for the Gilette Sensor.  Both blades are widely available as both Gilette brand and in store brands.

Ditto, try out the sensor blades, I think they are fantastic.

I should mention that I too use the Sensor blades, Sensor Excel to be specific.  The nice thing about the Sensor is that it has a 3-blade option that's readily available.  But really it's a matter of personal choice, use which ever type you feel more comfortable handling.

Also, being that the HB DoubleBlade Kit and the Senor Excel are both triple blade why does everyone like the Sensor Excel....price or something else?

The Sensor Excel cartridge just works better for me, I don't know why.  It's not price, since the Excels usually cost more than Atras in the store.  I've also tried store brand Sensor copies, in both double and triple, but they didn't work as well.  I think it might have something to do with the rubber fins on the Excel blade.

No, the only HB adapters available are the 2 for the Atra and Sensor.  Again, there is a 3-blade Sensor option, but that's it.

Have you tried the Wilkinson Contact Plus blades? They work very well for me and they're only 5,50 Euro for a pack of 10  8)

I tried the Gilettte Atra double blades today and really liked them.  O0 I have a stash of the HB triple blades that I got on sale here in town on a closeout  have a 40 blades total, but when those are used up I am going to the Atra. I was wondering why a double blade would give a closer cut than the triple baldes, any ideas? Also no nicks, cuts or scrapes I just went slow trying to get used to the blade. The top of my dome is smooth as the back with those blades. I like it  ;D. Guess i need to try the sensors next. Been 30 days sly now.

Sometimes 3 blades is just one too many.  I wish I could say something more technical, but it's just that simple for me.
