You know what I mean? When there is like a shiny reflection on your noggin' lol.

I always wondered because I know one day when I will bald I am gonna go sly and shave it.....you think like a couple months of shaven makes it shiny or what?

Thanks.

A deep shave always makes the head shiny (for a day)
And then the shadow is coming.... (Boo!)
Yea, right...

A deep shave will , indeed, do this. My problem, on a TOO deep shave is blood loss. And I never know where to draw the line.
Exfoliating after shaving will help. Try one of the knockoff apricot scrubs that are available in most chains. Gets off the dead skin leaving the skull nice and slick.

You will know then, it's the Zen of the Sly--probably the first day--and you'll love it.  Why don't you get that mop off now and see? >:D  When you've got the itch it must be scratched.

Twice against the grain in the shower, go over the rough spots a few times against the grain,  get out of the shower and switch it to cold water with just your head under the shower.   Dry off and apply Aloe to your head.   Mine shines every morning.  then, as others have said, shadow by the end of the day (boo).

I admit that the longer I shave daily (I'm in my second month) the shinier it seems to get.  Getting some sun on it the day before seems to help I'm not sure why.
