i lost about 70 in around the last year. down to a 34-35 inch waist and 6ft2 227. been working out for almost 4 years now, up to 4-5 days a week.
pretty damned light on my feet, and much more athletic without having all that extra mass on myself.
the last 30 or so, when you really start to see all the effort coming out, thats the best.
