Baldbear and I are friends and he sent me a link to this site for which I thank him.  As a newly bald guy (6 days now) I appreciate in advance all the help, tips and advice which I'm sure will be found in the threads of this board. 

My wife has always had a thing for bald men and made a comment on a recent flight to Chicago that convinced me to "do it."  She loves it and so do I.  BTW, I'm from Mississippi and my neck (and the majroity of my head) is actually quite white right now!

Welcome!  Gotta love the whiteness.  After two weeks, I still have plenty of skin tone difference, but I have not had as much opportunity in the sun as I would like.  It is not pure white anymore, but still noticeably different.  Especially when I get out of a pool.  Just think of all of that vitamin D we get to produce.  Baldness can certainly cure that illness.  :)

You have a great group of guys here to use as resources.  If you have any questions, this brotherhood is certainly the place to ask. 

Post a pic so we can all see the progress.
