I've recently started working out again and I'm taking it rather seriously. Consequently, I've been reading quite a lot about nutrition, the right diet and so on, and it seems that everyone is doing it nowadays.
So I was wondering if any of you guys had experienced this kind of daily diet as part of a general workout plan ?
If you have, what do you eat exactly and how do you seperate the meals ? I have some knowledge but I'm not exactly a nutritionist, so I tought I'd ask.
