I have a series 7 that works great! I use it 1/2 the time and a blade the other 1/2. Keeps me from getting too much irritation and gets as close as a blade initially. The shave doesn't last as long as a blade but then again I can shave dry with it whenever I want so touchups are a breeze. I tried the panasonic but it was too intense for my head. I highly recommend the Braun but I would go with the series 7.

I did not like it.  But that's just my opinion.

I did not get as good of a cut in my opinion.  Can't say it was bad - just not as smooth for me.  HOwever, I have no problem with anyone else using it.  I think I will stick with HB.
