Price and feedback on this site.  I like the HeadBlade products and was disappointed when Kmart recently discontinued them here.  They were much cheaper than the drug store chains.

All the head shaving products are not easy to obtain in the UK (I would love to try headslick) so I just pick my shaving product by seeing what I haven't used before and trying it trying to get the best shave I can! I am using some King Of Shave AZOR gel and oil at the moment and I am very impressed  O0

The guys here are very helpful.   O0
I usually wait until I see a positive comment about a certain product
from an SBG member before trying it.
I usually look for DETAILS.   If you simply tell me try product A it's great then
I wait until you or someone else says why product A is great.

I'll admit it. I'm a shop-a-holic. If it's a new shaving product, I must give it a try. The cabinets in our bathroom are filled to capacity with half used bottles, cans and tubes of shaving products. My wife has read me the riot act and said no more shaving gear until throw some away.  :-\

The reviews on this site are invaluable. They save us money and point us in the right direction.

When I just shaved my face I had a razor, a can of Foamy and one or two bottles of aftershave. Now it's like, OMG.
