As Vash was stating, we do get a little bit into politics and religion in a roundabout way.  I would vote no on a overt "Politics" board.  As for the "Prayer Requests", I think that is ok as usually there is not a requirement that one be Christian or any other faith to participate in that.  While I won't hide the fact that I am a Christian, I also will not use this board to to people who don't agree with Christianity.  That is not the purpose of this board.  I am the type to agree to disagree agreeably!

ABSOLUETELY NOT

 i get sick in the stomach after reading the opinion section of my local newspaper section, i live in a town of 60,000 people ,my local newspaper the Loveland Reporter Herald has a call in line, and these sections take one to two pages of the newspaper, and it is full of ranting and raving, i get very angry when i read that part of the newspaper, i have to always go for a bike ride after reading the paper to try and calm down.
