Women's Razors
« on: June 13, 2009, 01:09:12 AM »
First off, I apologize for my hiatus here. There will be a few self-promoting threads as to what I've been up to.

Anyways. I moved to Pittsburgh on New Years (man, it's been that long since being on here). I live with a guy I've done comedy with since I started and his girlfriend.

I haven't shaved since April because I'm a huge Penguins fan and thought shaving my head would look strange with my playoff beard.

After winning the cup (F YEAH!), I immediately went to the bathroom to shave. I started everything off with the buzzer I have and then realized that I have no carts for my Mach 3. In a pinch, I grabbed a spare cart from and used my roomate's girlfriend's Venus.

BEST SHAVE EVER!

I think I have a new favorite now.

Anybody else use women's razors with success?

We just picked up a pack of  Venus at Costco the other day.  They look like they are the same as the Mach III,  but the price was cheaper.  I am anxious to us one and find out how they work.

BTW...they come in various pastel colors.  I told my wife that I am not using the pink ones.  She can take them and I may use the purple ones.... and maybe even the yellow if I like em. ;D

I've used a shick quattro for women on both my head and face.  The head shave was okay, but the face shave resulted in a few in grown hairs.

I can't remember what razor it was, but after examining one of my gf's razors I found I could unclip the moisturizing wings and attach them to a sensor.
