Hey guys, At last with the intro

Hey guys,

I just wanted to introduce myself. Been a member seems like forever but never seemed to have the time to post anything. I would like to say this is a great place for guys thinking of going the Sly route (by choice or not). I’m BBC and have been on again off again for a couple of years and finally decided to make it a permanent thing. For me I’m just sick of messing with the hair. I have really thick wavy hair and it takes a lot of time and products to make it look like I’ve done nothing with it… LOL. So last week while I was working my hair out of the shower I thought why am I doing this when I don’t have to? For me I’ve had a really great experience with being bald as everyone friends and family love it this way. So off it went this time for good. So just wanted to say howdy and you guys will be hearing a lot from me now that the introductions have been made.

Nice intro BH!  I love your story about messing around with the hair.  I'm BBC as well but it doesn't sound like I had as much hair to lose as you did.  I wore a flatty for 7 years and although it was kind of maintenance free, I don't miss it in the morning.  Getting it to stand up wasn't too bad but still a bit of work involved.  What I really don't miss is having to go to the barbershop every 2-3 weeks for a tune-up.  I don't have to waste time waiting for my turn and I don't have to fork over $15.  I am "Diggin the Sly!"
