i feel the same way about death metal as a lot of you feel about rap. death metals torture to my ears. i guess i just didnt grow up listening to it so i cant tolerate it as well.ill give it another shot though sometime.the only music group relatively close to metal that i like is KORN.

Oh boy Ghost, if I ever had you listen to the bands I listen to I think you would poo yourself. But hey, evidently not all of us enjoy the same stuff, which is what makes people interesting. Judging by the way you look I would have never guess you'd be a rap fan. You strike me as more of a hardcore person.
PeripheralxMvmnt and Peterthebald...... check out a band called Marionette, they are on myspace, I saw them at as a support for Deathstars and was blown away!! As the music genre question, I am a metal fan through and through, although I am a sucker for anything Mike Patton touches (faith no more, mr bungle, fantomas etc)
