Years ago I lived in two European countries as part of my job. Living abroad gave me a different perspective on the US. People in both of these countries knew more about the US than we know about their countries. They follow American politics and actions closely. Both countries have a high standard of living and a good quality of life. There were clear differences between the US and those countries, but both were good places to live.
