He is really funny...although i think they are typecasting him and he is basically always the same character...I like seeing comedians act outside their element a little...like when Ben Stiller played the a$$hole villain in Dodgeball instead of the akward nice guy that gets walked over all the time...

Perhaps they do type-cast him, but he's still among my favorites.  Between Elf, Step-Brother, and many more, I can watch his movies over and over and laugh like it's the first time I'm watching
