Marsh Was On The Radio

Well, today was kind of fun.  I was listening to the Dori Monson on News Talk 97.3 KIRO FM.  While doing that, one of Dori's subjects was Peter Orszag, budget chief for the new Obama administration and the possible toupee that he wears.  Dori thought that he should not be wearing a wig because it looks so awful.  He thought  that if this guy does not have good judgment in how good or bad he looks, then would he have good judgements on this country's finances?

Then Dori wanted comments about bad toupee stories.  Well while I didn't have a bad toupee story, I told Dori about how I embraced my baldness by shaving my head.  I then mentioned how less expensive it is than a toupee.  At that point, I mentioned about the HeadBlade and mentioned SlyBaldGuys.com.  I also mentioned about how popular the bald look is today and that Peter Orszag should shave his head.  I was actually able to make Dori chuckle as he agreed with me.

Shortly after this, one of my best friends, Ted, gave me a call as he heard me on the radio.  But if SBG gets more people from Seattle as a result of my mentioning it on the radio, let me know! 

By the way, here is a picture of Peter Orszag with the really bad hair!

Seen him on the news yesterday and was totally shocked as it was the first time I has ever seen the guy. The topper looks terrible, in my opinion... :(

Yeah, I couldn't believe it when I saw it on TV the other day.  It's got to be one of the worst I've ever seen.  Makes you wonder why somebody close to the guy doesn't tell him.  I can sort of understand trying on a piece like that, and possibly even thinking that it looked good in the mirror.  But if anyone ever told me it was an obvious fake, I'd take it off instantly and never wear it again.
