Trance, What do you think about it ?

What do you think about this kind of music ? I love it myself. Very liberating to listen on it.

I know most of you are a lot older than me and this might not be your music genre but I would still like to hear what you think of it.

Here are two different songs by two very good Trance Dj's.

Menh, Trance is too mainstream...  you want some GOOD electronica then get a hold of some good D&B, Breaks, Jungle, or Electro.

Then you can get into some of the more obscure stuff too...

I'd suggest listening to anything by Ninja Tunes:  http://www.ninjatune.net/home/

William.. I quite like Tiesto..but he has become so commercial now.. kinda like Beckham status, totally overrated IMO. Silence is my favourite by him (Delerium and Sarah McLachlan), followed by Adagio for Strings..(link below)  that is a freakin' awesome track!


Jer.. I clicked on that first link and it was so loud it made me jump out of my skin!! lmao
and then I thought I was gonna have to download ringtones or summit.. that's what it sounded like at first!  :D

the second one.. that was pretty grand. mellow.  O0
the last, fairly jazzy, but nice too. thanks for sharing!  ;)

I love Trance!  It's about the only music my wife and I agree to listen to.

I think this stuff is too obscure for me as you say. But the second song was actually cool and I could listen on it!

I'm kinda newbie to Trance and haven't listen to so many other Trance Dj's that's why I linked those two. And well they are not considered the best Trance Dj's for no reason! But I guess someone like you that have listen more to it and know more about Trance than I do, have your own special favorite.

I am a big fan of Tiesto and I love the "In search of Sunrise" series hes does but I agree with Magmababe that he has gone commercial but its not his fault he's just too good to stay hidden away. My all time fav Trance album is Northen Exposure (Expeditions) by Sasha and John Digweed.
