I motivate myself, whenever I try to pass the training by saying * better doing it today than tomorrow, then I'm one day closer to the goal!*
What do you say to yourself to keep up the training ?

I like what the black bald guy (trainer) said to Rocky, in Rocky IV... "no pain...no pain... no pain!!"
But seriously, I like to record my workouts (such as how much weight I lifted or how long I ran, how much I weighed on a particular day, and how big my waist is), watching my weight and waist go down as well as the lbs I can lift go up inspires me to keep at it!

Motivation, B*ll Sh*t, it's vanity, vanity vanity
. When I see a paunch showing, when the belts get tight, I lose my appetite
. Can't stand it. No will power necessary, just vanity. Pay off, when I see my friends who have let themselves go.
Alternative, just keep fat friends around--that works until you get fat too!

I agree with that too. You should take pics of yourself and then get pics of the physique you aspire to have.

Oh look! A beer!
D*mn, let's go!
Maybe we can find some chips, dips, wings, and other tasty things, and five more to make it work!

I have a life sized picture of MagmaBabe in front of the treadmill!
My Cardiologist says I have the heart of a man half my age. I said, really? What did he die from?

Beer will motivate me to go to the fridge, the couch, the cooler wherever. Walking is good for you right?

Watching a movie like 300 motivates me.
After watching that flick, I just want to go work out.

I just think of hot chicks and that's motivation enough. Usually if I have some girl that I'm trying to win over...that right there is motivation enough
