A New Earth
« on: April 05, 2008, 02:27:49 PM »
Just finished reading the book A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle after being suggested by my brother (said it was right up my alley).  It was a great book and gave a lot of insight for myself.  Just wondering if anyone else has read it and what they think of it.

Haven't read it but am intrigued.  What is the basic premise?

I would classify it as spiritual/psychology.  Basically it is about being in the present moment. It gets deep by discussing how the ego keeps us from being our true self and brings us all of our problems and unhappiness. I HIGHLY recommend it.

It does sound like a good read and I think it would help introspectively, NAV.
I will try to check it out, though I'm a bit backed up on my reading lately.
