You have now caught up to me in pounds lost -- and 5 less pounds and we'll weigh the same!

The morning fasting numbers range from the 80's to the low 100's.  Occasionally have been in the 110's.

I've--sadly--been off my program with weight and numbers up.  My doctor chewed me out last week.  This morning's reading upon waking was 201.  During the day they range from 140 at best to 200 or so at worst.

Yer an inspiration though!!!  Keep up the great work.
