hello fellow chrome domes..... just wondering if u were able to get 25 free tickets to the sporting event of your choice which sporting event would u choose. i'll start: if my FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES were in the bcs championship game then it is a no brainer... i'll choose watching my NOLES but since my NOLES have been playing like crap these past 4 years...i'll probably take free tickets 2 the SUPER BOWL because of the game itself and its week-long festivities.
so...how 'bout u? which sporting event would u choose? i already have a feeling what paulie & nomad will pick.....
well....what is it?...super bowl? world series? bcs game? daytona 500? wimbeldon? final four? masters? us open?

Hard to say. The Lovely Mrs. Schro & I attended the Ryder Cup in 1997 when it was played in Spain, and it was an awesome experience....so much now that I'm really not interested in going to a "regular" PGA Tour stop.
Probably Super Bowl tickets the next time my Raiders make it that far.
So, I guess I'll need about 8 so I can bring my grandkids.

I live just about 5 miles south of the Kansas Speedway. I've always wanted to go to one of the NASCAR races. During race weekends, this area is always just swamped with people and events going on. My youngest son is a real NASCAR fan and I've always wanted to take him to one. So I guess that would have to be my pick.

it would be a toss up btwn 3 events and it would all depend on certain teams making it that far, either The Men's world cup soccer final when USA makes it. the world series when The O's do it, or the Super Bowl for the Redskins return to glory. and for all 3 I would take my Dad, every year since 2001 I've taken my dad to a O's game and they have yet to win when we have gone. Some of the fondest memories of growing up were on the Soccer field with my dad.

Thats a no-brainer, I would want tickets to the BCS game to watch "THEE Ohio State Buckeyes" turn the tigers into the little pussycats that they are.

Too bad for you, that's a pipe dream... Ohio State will probably get manhandled once again on the National Championship stage!
And, since I know they are coming, no snide anti-Michigan comments!!

I've already attended a WS game, so for me it would be either a final four or national title game involving my Horns.

HEY BALDROB, unfortunatly they didnt have to insult michigan ( i live here), we did it OURSELVES by the way we played , afterthe game the WHOLE TEAM should've stood in a circle and kicked EACH OTHERS ASS"S but they were probally REALLY sore from having the likes of OHIO kick ours. as far as where I'd like 2 tickets to go to .... I GUESS at this point I'd take two tickets to ANYWHERE me n my dad could go . The BIGGEST problem is , he passed away in 1980,
so ANYWHERE i could get tickets to meet him would be fine R.I.P. dad i still love ya

My event would be Game 7 of the World Series @ Fenway. My son is a huge Sox fan so that would be the ultimate. Otherwise, I would like good seats at the NCAA Final Four in basketball. Really wouldn't matter who was playing.
