I know this has been covered before, probably a few times. But I figured I would start something instead of resurrect a thread that's been dead for several years.
Recently tried Barbasol aloe (green can) with my atx + pace 4s and have been so impressed. It's quick, cheap, and easy. I'll keep this around all the time. I do miss the menthol kick of headslick because I'm hooked on every menthol shave product I can find and I do understand that Barbasol makes arctic chill with menthol but I have searched every single store that carries Barbasol within 40+ miles (I'm a traveling sales rep) of my home in any direction and all I ever find is original, aloe, and occasionally the orange can. For the time being the aloe is a keeper but you bet I'll pick up several artic chill cans as soon as I can actually find them. A lot of you will probably suggest cremo cooling or shave secret when you hear about my love of menthol and peppermint products but I've tried both, great shaves...itchy bumpy allergic reactions within 10 hours tops.
I still love a brush and soap for special occasions and headslick is great stuff but kinda pricey and not easily available in my area. For now Barbasol aloe will be my typical daily 'cream' of choice.
