They key to weight loss I have found is a good diet,exercise,and cutting out . . . the excesssive booze.
So; what are some good ways to bulk up; Work out and lots of protein, i know. Anything else?John

John, bulking up with fat is not something you want to do. Adding muscle is the way to go, and what you need to do is work the major muscle groups. Do deadlifts, squats and pressing exercises. Do less reps with a higher weight (that you can handle comfortably).Ease back on the cardio if you do a lot of it. For your nutrition, you will need to up the protein intake a bit too.
